Our Action

Step one was to raise awareness of Ripe’s Click Frenzy Sale. We had already structured the Google and Facebook accounts in a fashion that highlighted the ideal audiences that would best engage with the pre-awareness messaging.
Our first testing ads were meant to encourage customers and raise awareness – we weren’t really expecting sales. Oh, how happy we were to be wrong! Sales were coming in – and we increased the spend, generating a ROAS of 12.65 from mere awareness activity.
If the ads promoting an upcoming sale did that well, we had high hopes for how the actual sale would go…

The Results:

The Click Frenzy sales figures were in – it was a record for Ripe, more than doubling the target revenue for the sale, with the YoY goal up by 207%. The final ROAS figures for the sale were 15.9x – an incredible result that allows Ripe to continue to engage with their loyal customers, and have even greater optimism going into a new decade.
