The Challenge

Champions of quality, versatility and simplicity, All Things Golden is an Australian fashion brand on the rise. WebSavvy came on board to help their amazing team build upon their growth and take them to the next level, both in Australia and the US.

With several challenges in the market including post covid output in the US, and inconsistencies with Facebook reporting following iOS14, WebSavvy worked with All Things Golden to help them navigate through this challenging retail environment.

The Approach

First things first, we started with the basics of account structure ensuring that best practice was applied. With the changes in privacy in the social media landscape, tracking has been a challenge and reporting less reliable. WebSavvy then utilised a three pronged approach to reporting so that we could be very sure of the impact of the ads.

Understanding the audience structure and getting more confident in the platform reporting, plus the ability to double check it, we were able to scale successfully in the United States. Even when the platform reporting suggested we shouldn’t.

The Results:

We were blown away by the results, far exceeding the goals All Things Golden wanted to achieve. Their US revenue growth was up by 180%, and total business revenue growth was up 127%.

Not only that, the growth allowed room for the All Things Golden team to hire more staff, move to a new warehouse, and continue expanding their mission of slow fashion.

With the focus now on expanding into more territories and experimenting with Pinterest, the only way is up for All Things Golden!
