Hello, we’re WebSavvy. We’re specialists in Google and Facebook advertising, and work with some amazing businesses to help them grow, including frank green, Kip&Co, Sheet Society and NOBULL to name a few.

And we’re looking for an organised, creative and down to earth Office Coordinator to come and join our awesome team! Is this you?

Do you thrive in delivering tasks on time, and are you able to switch seamlessly between a variety of tasks with ease? Do you have great customer service skills and get a kick out of helping people? Do you love planning fun events? Do you want to work with a team that is all about understanding, experimentation and most importantly, fun?

We are looking for an Office/Agency Coordinator to support our amazing WebSavvy team and clients. This role is an integral part of the digital marketing agency WebSavvy, and our online training business, AgencySavvy

If you have administration experience, and are keen to mix things up in 2022 with a fresh start offering more flexibility and fun, look no further.


Our ideal candidate has:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise with ease
  • Event coordination experience is a plus!
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Can-do attitude with excellent problem solving skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive outlook - A MUST!


What does a typical week for our Office Coordinator look like?

Well, no day is ever the same (that would be boring!).

  • Organising administration and helping with our new client onboarding experience
  • Administration of the leads process 
  • Email management (you’ll be in charge of our office inbox)
  • Liaising with our bookkeeper for all invoicing requirements
  • Ordering office resources and supplies - think stationery, snacks etc. 
  • Liaising with external suppliers for event planning and gifts 
  • Office management - including liaising with our building manager as required  
  • Day to day office activities
  • New team member administration  inc. set up of software etc.
  • Ordering and set up IT equipment as required
  • Helping our AgencySavvy members with enquiries
  • Troubleshooting member issues
  • Managing our LiveChat
  • Assisting Management Team with projects, as required
  • Reporting - where applicable
  • Documenting processes is a must! We’ve got this started for you, but keen for you to continue to build this out
