Reporting into the Head of Marketing, our Digital Marketing Assistant plays a key role in coordinating and implementing the marketing requirements for our WebSavvy and AgencySavvy brands. 

This role would suit someone who loves the more technical side of marketing - think WordPress, automations and data - but also someone that loves marketing with a creative flair! 

You may currently be working as a marketing/administrative assistant looking for somewhere that will appreciate your knack for solving problems, your creative flair and willingness to learn new things. It’s true that no day is ever the same! But what does a typical week look like?

• Coordinating our content calendar, including creating case studies and all social media posts
• Website changes, and uploading new content. Experience in WordPress is a must. 
• Manage our email marketing automation 
• Creating and maintaining processes via our process management system 
• Working with our Graphic Designer to coordinate in-house design requirements
• Coordinating and sending our newsletters
• Assisting Management Team with projects, as required
• CRM management
• Campaign reporting
• Day to day marketing activities

• 0.6, 0.8 FTE (3 or 4 days) or full time for the right candidate, with flexible working hours

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Email marketing experience (experience with Active Campaign is a bonus!)
• Excellent time management
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Creative and collaborative
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Results focused
• Experience with CMS including creating, editing and publishing
• Positive outlook - A MUST.
