ButcherBox were struggling to increase Month on Month revenue – their best months on Google Ads were bringing in around $100K in revenue. They started with us in June 2017, with the goal of seeing more growth, without compromising their Return on Investment.
We worked closely with ButcherBox to understand their business and, more importantly, their customer. We analysed their last 2 years of data for consumer insights and opportunities for growth (and areas of wasted spend). ButcherBox has always had a strong remarketing strategy, with an emphasis on limited time offers and promotions. This started as the main focus of our overall approach.
After implementing some revisions to their remarketing strategy we started showing their promotions to the right audiences. We were able to massively increase revenue, enabling room to target new audiences and explore tests. Just over a year later, Butcher Box is looking at a 5x increase in regular monthly revenue with some months being considerably larger.
