The newly created role of Agency Assistant will support the team and work across our award-winning digital marketing agency WebSavvy, and our online training business, AgencySavvy.
This role would suit someone who is comfortable with some of the more technical side of admin and membership platforms. Think process management, membership databases, payment processing and data - but also someone that loves problem solving!
You might be a recent grad, a current uni student looking for a part-time role and exposure into agency life, or an admin extraordinaire that wants more flexibility and a part time role to give you just that!
We are a small and growing business. We think this is a 3 day per week role with the opportunity to grow into a career in other areas of the business including Account Management, Marketing or something else! We are constantly evolving and on the lookout for amazing talent.
- Helping our AgencySavvy members with enquiries and troubleshooting
- Managing our AgencySavvy Livechat
- New client setup administration
- Office management - including liaising with our building manager
- Office ordering - think stationery, snacks IT equipment etc.
- Liaising with our bookkeeper to ensure info is up to date
- New employee admin, inc. set up on software etc.
- Reporting - where applicable
- Assisting with our tech stack covering our process management system, project workspace and Google Drive set up as required
- Agency experience
- Clickup, Memberium, Learndash, Active Campaign
