Placement Site List
Placement Targeting – the smart way
As an AdWords user you already know that the Content Network can help spread your message (& your brand) far and wide.
Unfortunately you don’t get much of a say just how far or how wide. That’s why Placement Targeted Campaigns were created – to give you more control.
So you can choose (in 4 different ways) which websites your ads appear on. Those ads are the same as you show on the Content Network: text, image, video & gadget. The 4 ways you can choose are:
- list the URLs – if you know of certain sites you want to target, you can enter a list of their domain names. You can even target specific pages or sub-domains within those sites
- describe the topic – what is the topic of your ad or ads? Give Google a list of topics & it will suggest sites for you to place ads on
- browse topics – not yet sure which topics to choose from, then choose by category & subcategory
- select demographics – some sites require users to enter demographic data such as age, income, gender etc. You can target ads to various segments of those sites & better match your message to the site showing the ads
and… the really smart way
All of those ways are great & we recommend testing them for your market… but what if there was an even better way to reach the people most likely actually looking for the products & services you sell, rather than just browsing a (somewhat) related website?
Try this.
Pick one of your best keywords & type it into Google. What do you see? Probably 3 ads in a yellow box at the top, 8 ads down the right side.. and 10 sites on the ‘free’ side right? Well some of those sites – sites that have done the hard work to show up on Google’s first page – actually show Content Network Ads. Wouldn’t your Placement Targeted Campaign perform even better if you started by targeting those top 10 (or maybe top 20) sites for everyone of you top keywords?
Fantastic right!? Except for the time it would take to do all that work. Typing those keywords into Google, visiting all the sites, seeing which ones accept Google ads & which don’t – we’re talking days of work here. There’s got to be a quicker way… there is. It’s a way…
that we can do for you the same day!
Send us your list of up to 200 keywords & the country you want to target and we’ll send back to you a list of those top sites that accept Google Ads. This brand new service will get you far ahead of your competitors whether you’re running affiliate ads, selling your own products or building a list of interested prospects. And you get the list back the same day, so you can spend your valuable time doing something much more productive & useful.
how much is your time worth?
$30/hr? $100/hr? Are there “$1000/hr” jobs that you know you should be doing right now? Of course – we all have them…
You’re far better off spending your time on the valuable stuff & outsourcing or delegating this grunt work – you’ve got two choices – see below:
